The laser engraving machine was also developed by Feibo specifically for the mold industry, primarily used for intricate relief雕刻 on molds. After being shaped by a set of optical lenses, the focused laser beam can achieve a spot size as small as 30μm, making it ideal for carving a wide range of detailed relief patterns. Compared to CNC engraving machines, the laser engraving machine requires no consumables, eliminates the need for specialized operators, and can directly process annealed mold steel.
